Junior is the only son of Chester A. Frog, III and the Duchess. He's the only grandson of Sir Chester A. Frog, II, the Mayor of Paddington and TinyTales Land.

His Grandfather often asks him to step up and speak on behalf of the family. He loves doing that. He seems to have a talent for speaking and entertaining. Like his Father and Grandfather, he'll be educated at Oxford when he comes of age.
