Born: Chester A. Frog II and was knighted by the Queen when he became the first Mayor of Paddington. We know that he was the first of his kind to be educated at Oxford. He was married to the Duchess of Paddington. They have one child, Chester A. Frog, III. His daughter-in-law received the title of Duchess upon his wife’s passing. His grandchildren refer to him as Grandpa and are Chester A. Frog, IV, also known as Junior, and his sister, Princess.

We know that the Queen favors him and that he serves as an advisor of sorts on occasion.

In college, he was a track and field frog. He followed in the pad prints of his Uncle Reginald, who competed in the Olympics in 1724.
